I went to The Tasman in Tasmania for a Luxury Collection stay. Two nights in a Heritage Suite, with high tea and breakfast.

To Hobart, for a favourite brand.ARRIVAL
I chose The Tasman because I wanted to stay with the Luxury Collection, a brand I love. The combination of the historic stone building and modern glass wing stayed with me.
Two nights in a Heritage Suite.HERITAGE SUITE
I booked a Deco King room for about JPY 30,000 per night, and received a Platinum Elite upgrade to a Heritage Suite on this stay. I spent time in its large-windowed living room and peaceful bedroom.
A scent I was looking forward to.BATHROOM
I was a little disappointed that the bath amenities were not Le Chemin. Still, GROWN ALCHEMIST smelled lovely too, and I was happy with them. I also liked the marble bathroom.
High tea at Deco Lounge.HIGH TEA
It was AUD 80 per person at the time, including Clover Hill sparkling wine. The lobster roll, arancini and scones were especially delicious. A very satisfying tea.
Peppina in the morning.BREAKFAST
On this stay, breakfast for two was complimentary as a Platinum Elite benefit. The buffet offered vegetables, salmon, cheese and hot dishes. A satisfying start to the morning.
Beyond the hotel, around Tasmania.HOBART & BEYOND
I went to Daci Daci opposite the hotel every day of this three-day, two-night trip. The tea and food were wonderful. I also went stargazing and met Tasmanian devils and kangaroos at Bonorong, enjoying time beyond the hotel too.
