Macau after dark,
and a Marvelous Suite.
I flew from Shanghai to Macau, arriving late at night and leaving the following afternoon. The Marvelous Suite I stayed in using a Nightly Upgrade Award (NUA) was the largest room I had stayed in up to that point. I also photographed the breakfast buffet, indoor pool and saunas.

Through Studio City after dark, to W.ARRIVAL & LOBBY
The taxi stopped outside Studio City, so I walked through the complex to W. I arrived around 9:30 p.m. and waited about 15 minutes to check in.
A spacious living room in blue and yellow.MARVELOUS SUITE
So spacious! The blue and yellow living room was a very relaxing space. I bought beer at the convenience store on the ground floor.
A large bathtub and a king bed.BEDROOM & BATHROOM
The bathtub had room to stretch out. Watching films in the bedroom looked comfortable, but this time I simply slept deeply. The hair dryer was a Dyson.
Night views and room service.NIGHT VIEW & IN-ROOM DINING
The night view was quite impressive. Hungry after travelling, I ordered a burger and chicken from room service.
Curry and soba at the breakfast buffet.HAWKER HAWKER
With curry, naan and even Japanese soba, breakfast had one of the widest selections I had encountered at Marriott hotels. I finished with strawberry ice cream and melon juice.
An afternoon swim and heated whirlpool.WET & SAUNA
At 2 p.m., I had the pool to myself. I could look down over Macau while soaking in warm water. There were saunas too.
From the gym to LIVING ROOM.FIT & LIVING ROOM
The gym was on the opposite side from the pool. I did not have time to try LIVING ROOM behind reception this time. I would like to stop by on my next Macau trip.
